Angels keep things going in right direction
With another quality start from Jered Weaver and a 6-for-12 night from the top three hitters in their lineup, the Angels handed the Cleveland Indians a 5-2 defeat Monday night, poking their heads above .500 (11-10) for the third time in the season's first three weeks.

Saunders could make Angels 5 for 50
Angels left-hander Joe Saunders will be going for his 50th career victory when he starts against the Indians tonight.

Morales: “Maybe even hit a light”
Angels first baseman Kendry Morales has become a TV star in a series of commercials promoting the MLB 2K10 video game. In the spot, Morales sits on a dugout bench with Mariners ace Felix Hernandez, each talking smack in Spanish about how their head-to-head matchups will go.

Weaver keeps rolling in Angels' victory
Right-hander Jered Weaver tossed six strong innings and was backed by home runs from Erick Aybar and Bobby Abreu in the Angels' 5-2 win over the Indians on Monday at Angel Stadium.

Morales blossoming into elite slugger
It will be Cleveland starter Mitch Talbot's job to try to keep hot-hitting Angels slugger Kendry Morales in check on Tuesday in Anaheim.
