The Angels eight game winning streak came to an end on Sunday against the Minnesota Twins, but the club will try to start a new one starting tonight as the Cleveland Indians come to town.

Joe Saunders looks to put his personal skid to an end as well. Saunders is 3-5 with a 6.34 ERA in his last 13 starts. Additionally the southpaw has an 8.18 ERA in four starts in July.

With the struggles of Saunders and Ervin Santana the Angels will be searching for pitching help as the July 31st trade deadline approaches. Top on their list is the Toronto Blue Jay's Roy Halladay. Fox Sports.com is reporting the Jays have asked for Joe Saunders, Brandon Wood, Erick Aybar and a minor leaguer, either pitchers Trevor Reckling, Sean O'Sullivan or outfielder Peter Bourjos.

Mike Napoli is making the most out of steady at bats.

Chone Figgins talks to MLB.com about the career of Hall of Famer Rickey Henderson.

Torii Hunter blogs that he was upset that he didn't get to meet President Obama at the All Star Game in St. Louis. His new goal is to meet the President at the White House with his teammates after they win the World Series.

The OC Register's Jeff Miller writes that this current Angel team is playing so well it has Mike Scioscia having flashbacks to 2002.
