The Noteworthy: The Bees offense really mixed things up to get the win. In the 6th inning, Conger led off the inning with a bunt single. In the 9th inning, Trumbo stole his first base of the season which led to him scoring the winning run.
Arkansas Travelers

The Good: An ugly loss for the Travelers. Not much to report here, although 2B Abel Nieves was 2 for 3 with 2 doubles and a walk.
The Bad: Pitching. Everyone who pitched gave up at least a run, including Walden who gave up his first run as a reliever. The worst came from Taylor Wilding who gave up 6 runs in 0.1 IP.
The Noteworthy: The Travelers are really struggling right now, having lost 5 games in a row. The highly touted Kansas City Royals prospect Mike Moustakas made his Double-A debut for the Northwest Arkansas Naturals and he went 3 for 4 with 2 HRs, a double, and 4 RBIs against the Travelers. This morning the Angels sent Tommy Mendoza from triple-A to the Travs replacing Jayson Miller in the starting pitching rotation. Miller went to class-A Rancho Cucamonga before Thursday's loss to Northwest Arkansas.
