Job Description:
Are you a rabid Angels fan, an aspiring sports journalist, a funny satirist and/or a baseball stat geek that loves to dive into the numbers? AngelsWin.com is looking for sports bloggers/writers who are interested in joining our stable of talented scribes. This volunteer position will allow you to hone your writing skills and techniques, while strengthening your resume. If you’re a journalism student, writing for AngelsWin.com may also allow you submit work that can double as class assignments. It can also just provide you an outlet to share your thoughts, ideas and musings.
Through our online partnership with the Orange County Register, all of our content is posted on their site where it can be read by their subscribers, writers and editors. In addition, our content is frequently read by national sports writers, MLB.com, the Angels front office and players. Joining our writing staff is truly an unique opportunity to gain real world sports writing experience, while making a name for yourself with the Angels and their fan base.
