It has always been our desire at AngelsWin.com to give back to the community. In recent years we've adopted the OC Miracle League as our charity of choice and have raised thousands of dollars to help kids with special needs be able to play the game we all love on an incredible field close to the Big-A.
Today I'm pleased to announce that we've also partnered up with the Angels RBI League. It is our hope to bring fan awareness to such an awesome foundation, helping raise money so that they can continue to pay it forward.
The Angels RBI League has provided over 8,000 kids who would not otherwise have the chance, the opportunity to play baseball and softball. As a collaboration between Angels Baseball, the Boys and Girls Clubs in Orange County and other youth development organizations, the league specifically targets under served youth and provides them a comprehensive athletic experience at no cost. That’s right, the league is FREE! In addition to learning the fundamentals of our national pastime, each participant learns valuable character development and life skills enabling them to gain a sense of belonging, competence, usefulness and empowerment in their own lives. We're excited to have formed this partnership and will be announcing fan events throughout the year that will be of interest to the fans, with the proceeds going to the Angels RBI league.
