The Indians had back-to-back six-run innings (fifth and sixth) on their way to a 15-5 victory over the Angels Sunday at Tempe Diablo Stadium.

Izturis, Kazmir see improvement Sunday
Angels infielder Maicer Izturis was feeling "much better, no problem" on Sunday after experiencing mid-back stiffness on Saturday swinging the bat and leaving the game against the Giants in the third inning. Scot Shields, Kevin Jepsen and Fernando Rodney all could be called upon to pitch in the eighth inning, depending on the situation.
Jered Weaver in line for Angels' opening-day start
Right-hander appears to be on schedule for the assignment, but Mike Scioscia is not tipping his hand yet.
