I was curious about Stephen Locke (possibly the best starting "pitcher" in Orem and the Pioneer League last year). I've not seen or heard anything about him or if he fits into the Angels plans. Any insights or opinions? Thanks.
I am curious about Stephen Locke (possibly the most effective "pitcher" in Orem and the Pioneer League last season; reference Pioneer League pitching stats). I have not seen or heard any comments from within the organization about him. Start after start this young man keeps his team in every game and has been a winner at every level. An absolute steal in the 22nd round. Will he get the same opportunities as the "bonus babies"? Any opinions or insights?
