The Good: Mark Trumbo went 2-5 and clubbed his 6th home run of the season, driving in four on the night. Hank Conger went 2-4 to raise his average to .299 on the season. Michael Ryan who leads the Bees with a .359 average, went 2-4 with three runs scored. Corey Aldridge had just one hit on the night, but he drove in four runs.
The Bad: Daniel Davidson (6.55) went just 3 2/3 innings, giving up six runs on eight hits, including two home runs.
The Noteworthy: Hank Conger has continued to show an excellent walks to strikeouts ratio in Triple-A. Conger has walked six times vs. ten strikeouts.

The Good: Michael Kohn pitched another scoreless inning of relief. His ERA sits currently at 0.84.
The Bad: Michael Anton gave up five runs on seven hits in five innings of work. The Travelers offense just had five hits on the day, just one of them for extra base hits (a double by A. Rosario). Andrew Romine was caught stealing and picked off first base.
The Noteworthy: Hainley Statia is back with the Travelers after starting the season with the Bees. The move to add Kevin Frandsen prompted Statia's demotion. Statia is off to a slow start hitting just .229 with just one extra base hit.

Luis Jimenez had three hits, including a triple and stolen base on the day. Mike Trout (.365) hit another home run, his second in as many days. Trout also scored two runs. Tyler Skaggs went five innings and gave up no runs, lowering his ERA to 0.47. The southpaw Tyler Kehrer went four innings, gave up one run and fanned four.
The Bad: Luis Jimenez committed his seventh error of the season at third base.
