With the All Star Game behind us, and a little break in front of us, it's time to take our first look at the recently drafted and developed players playing with the Orem Owlz.
By now, almost all Angels fans have heard of Coach Kotchman. He is one of the most highly regarded coaches in baseball, both inside--and outside--the Angels organization. Almost everyone whom the Angels have developed on their Major League team played for him our was scouted by him. It is up to him to be one of the first key figures on the road to Major Leagues for most players in the organization.
AngelsWin.com recently caught up with Coach Kotchman to discuss a wide range of topics, covering issues such as how the changes in the Collective Bargaining Agreement affected scouting and drafting this year, to whether or not he is truly a legendary coach. This is a must see interview for all Angels fans.
